During high-volume periods (e.g., promotional events or holidays), processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you informed of any delays.
Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently offer free shipping to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
At this time, we do not ship internationally or to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses.

5. Delivery Issues
If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it:

Please note: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery, but we will assist in filing a claim when possible.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We cannot be held responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Once your order is processed, shipping details cannot be changed.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
