Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel completely confident with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we are here to make it right.

1. Return Eligibility

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any scents, stains, or alterations

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Final sale items (clearly marked)

  • Intimates, bodysuits, lingerie, or swimwear due to hygiene reasons

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Customized or made-to-order pieces


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Care Team at TRADEPEAKHOLDINGS@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving your order

  2. Include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return

  3. You will receive return instructions and a return shipping address

  4. Pack your item(s) securely and return it using a trackable shipping method

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Please note that:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to reflect in your account


4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return first and place a new order for the desired item to ensure availability. We are unable to reserve stock during the return process.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will prioritize resolving the issue quickly with a replacement or full refund, including return shipping where applicable.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not appeared after 10 business days:

  • Double-check your bank account or credit card statement

  • Contact your bank or credit card provider—it may take time before the refund is officially posted

  • If you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please email us at TRADEPEAKHOLDINGS@outlook.com


7. Final Notes

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with our policy or appears to be worn, damaged, or returned beyond the acceptable timeframe.
